very shocked for its quality for this rating. I travel a lot and in every city I always look for authentic bahmi, with a name saigon salad roll (should be their specialty no?) and 4.1 rating, I did have some sort of expectation. the guy who greeted me was nice but seem doesn't understand much english >.< and still couldn't make up for the rolls poor quality. roll was almost warm even after heating up. the bbq pork was ice cold. the so called salad basically just lettuce, hit of carrots n tiny leaf of coriander..... it's the worst bhami I ever had and dare to charge ppl for 10 aud..this is absolutely below standard !

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I don’t know what has happened, or if the 5* reviews have never eaten a banh mi before but this was just a pathetic $10 excuse for a Vietnamese roll. There was hardly any salad (who puts lettuce in a banh mi) no pickle, no pate’, no butter/mayo, hardly a drop of ā€œspecialā€ sauce and if you look at the photos, the meat is all dry from the heat lamps. This is one of the worst banh mi’s I’ve ever had…..just keep walking past this place.

Unfortunately I ordered 2 banh mi rolls combos and they were some of the worst I've ordered anywhere šŸ˜‘ they were small, hardly any fillings- which included alot of lettuce 😢 and extremely expensive 😢

I'm an Aussie, love Vietnamese food and culture, never dissatisfied with food here, cooking Vietnamese myself regularly, they nail their menu well, if your serious or concious of food you eat, Vietnamese food is a good start, and clearly the best choice in the area. Simple clean tasting foods to the pallet that are healthy for you, Australians have such an uneducated view of food, loving keto myself, and understanding food well now, Vietnamese food gets my vote hands down. Keep up the good work Saigon, your pho tai, pork salad vermicelli and spring rolls 10 out of 10, oh and don't forget the Vietnamese iced coffee, best coffee in the world....

Worst Bahn Mi I have ever eaten, the so-called 'crispy pork' was soggy and was mostly soft white fat, the roll itself lacking flavour, seasoning and freshness - light on pickled veg, chilli and coriander despite asking for extra.

These people need to pay a visit to Trang in Collingwood Melbourne - not glamorous, but best Bahn Mi in Australia, and why they have a queue outside from morning till close.

Those 4/5 star reviews below - seriously, you need to...
