Roamer Brisbane Bar/Cafe — Restaurant in Brisbane City

Stayed at Roamers while I’m in Brisbane for a couple of days and I had a great experience. One of the factors that made it a terrific experience is this bar.

I am so happy that I included Breakfast in my booking as their breakfast options are really delicious. Their French Toast and Eggs Benedict are great. Very fulfilling to the eyes and the stomach.

They also offer affordable lunch deals. Their rump steak is top notch (that’s how steak should be cooked!!) and was offered at a very affordable price. The guy at the counter (bearded one) also has great hospitality which made the whole experience better.

I can't say enough about my delightful experience at Selina Brisbane Hostel, and it wouldn't have been the same without the incredible service I received from Nahel, one of the staff members. The pub has a lovely atmosphere and staff very pleasant and friendly. The food however needs some desperate improvements.

Schnitzels are normal pub fare and should be a backbone dish of the establishment. They should be golden in colour. This wasn’t. It was burnt. It was crunchy, hard to chew and hard to swallow. The chips were cold. The pepper sauce was flavourless except for my friend’s which had a distinct taste of soap . The “salad” was without tomatoes and the dressing was also flavourless.
