I go to Sens almost every single weekend, often both Saturday and Sunday morning because they have good, tasty food.

However, I am leaving this rating and won't be back for the following reason: for the second time in six weeks they have forgotten my order and left me waiting for 40+ minutes while everyone around me is eating. The first time I was at least compensated with a free coffee. This time, not only was I forgotten but they rushed out my order with ingredients missing off the plate - no feta, no lotus chips, no flavour, no care factor in rectifying their error. After leaving me without food the least they could do is cook the order properly but they didn't even care...

One of the few places that are open on the weekends, this small café is very good. I had the Bagel Benedict with a Flat White. The Bene was amazing. Fresh ingredients and very tasty. The Flat White was good, but nothing more that average. The service is good but there seemed to be a small language barrier. The reason for 4 stars is, although it was delicious, the order was not what I asked for. I ordered the Croissant Bene. Am I disappointed, not at all. Disappointed with service. 4 diners in our party and we all had to eat separately as the first smoothie bowl to arrive at the table was 50 minutes after ordering, then waited another 10 minutes between each person receiving theirs. Coffee orders were priority for them and I would even comment that those waiting for coffees waited for an unacceptable time. The 2 staff were overwhelmed.
