I’m a regular customer, because unfortunately I’m a big fan of zambrero’s and Nundah zambies is the only option I have on Uber eats, and perhaps I’m a little too forgiving with too much hope in my heart. If I could give negative stars, I would. As a Zambies enthusiast, I’m constantly kicked in the d!ck with how truly terrible nundah is. Not only do they consistently get the order wrong, they often get it SO wrong it almost seems intentional. I’m not one to complain, but after living in the area for a year and a half and having my spirits crushed by sub par burritos far more times than I can count, I’ve had enough. There doesn’t even seem to be a consistent issue, it’s always different, I’m constantly kept on my toes by the astounding incompetence of the staff. Whether it’s missing items, wrong ingredients (for the love of god, enough with the corn) or presentation that looks like it’s been sat on by each staff member before being (I assume) pegged at full force into the bag. It can’t be because they’re overwhelmed by orders, I don’t think I’ve ever seen more than one customer in the store at a time when I’ve walked past. At this point I’m starting to wonder if it’s personal. Zambies, you’ve broken my trust, crushed my spirit and lost my patronage. At this point, there’s nothing that can make this right. I think the only thing I want to know is, is...
Read moreAbsolutely by far the worst Zambreros! Such a let down to such an amazing chain with great food. The (I presume, as he is always there) manager, is blatantly rude and abnoxious. Clearly doesn’t care for his job or customers, I have visited multiple times and have been completely ignored by him whilst he sits on his phone. He has also stared directly at my chest while serving me, which was quite uncomfortable. And then this holiday season I have visited twice after checking and calling the store on one occasion, to find myself being told to leave. On the first occasion it was the first day of the new holiday hours and I visited a hour before opening, door was wide open and a ‘were open’ sign was displayed out the front; walked inside and was very rudely greeted and told to leave. On the second occasion I arrived after calling the store 17minutes before closing(plenty of time to make a burrito) after I was assured closing was at 8 and told to leave as they were closed🤯 bizarre, definitely will never be back to this store as why would I when stores such as boondall are so kind and accommodating!
Also there was girl in the store who I was served by once and she was very rude and obnoxious. Not happy with this, how...
Read moreI eat here fairly regularly due to my love of Mexican food and convenience close to work. The staff are often very rude and disinterested, the food is sometimes very good but I’ve also had experiences where it is below average. My visit today will likely be the last time I visit this store. For years, I have ordered Nachos with no sour cream or guacamole add salsa, corn and jalapeños. Prices on the menu have already increased a number of times, but today I was rudely told I would have to pay extra for my toppings which after years of ordering free of charge was a shock to me. Without these toppings, all I would be getting is corn chips, meat, cheese and sauce for $15! Zambrero’s Nundah need better training for their staff as I see the bad service is consistent in reviews. I think I will start driving to GYG Virginia for a...
