Didn’t have time for breakfast this morning, drove from Toowoomba to Brisbane for work. Decided to pick this as my brunch. Worst experience I’ve honestly ever had with takeaway. Not even worth one star. Firstly the chick at the front was training someone new, however, she completed ignored me and other customers for nearly 10 minutes when we were right in front of her then left the new girl with us and the new girl just stood there awkwardly and didn’t speak one word to us. (I get it, being new is scary). Then finally the other girl came back and took my order. I waited another 15 minutes for my food. In that time not one staff member apologised for the wait. I watched people after me get their food first. I then watched the chips sit out cold. I watched the tattooed gentleman at the front do literally nothing then put a COLD drink into an Uber eats bag that had hot food in it waiting to be picked up. I watched a food service guy come to pick up an order and all 6 of the staff ignored him for ages. Even the lady who came storming out who I assume was the manager. She was happy to stand there and put lip balm on while ignoring customers and drivers. No smiles. Cold food in the end. Just rude and do not recommend at all. They weren’t even busy when I was there. The girl who was giving the training to the new one honestly deserves an applaud, although she ignored us for a while she was carrying the entire team and was the only one who seemed to care about...

I used to be a regular at the Zeus Greek Street in Robina before it shut down so I can speak from experience. Firstly when ai approached the cou ter there was this rude lady probably didn't care and justed wanted to go home, she said sorry were closed, I showed her my phone the time was 3pm but google says they close at 330pm so she was wrong and didn't bother to check the time. Then a lady probably the managed intervened and said we ar eopen and said her colleague didn't know the time , a pathetic excuse. Secondly they said they only had chicken and pork, no lamb which js embarrassing for a Greek place. That's OK though as the agenda schnitzel is my favourite. The agean schnitzel was good but the chips my God were awful, maccas could have done better they were salty, the seating was poorly distributed and they didn't give my my tomato sauce despite asking for it, when I went to ask for it the same rude young lady looked at me with devilish eyes as if I was the spawn of Satan, then she grudgingly gave Ne my tomato sauce. I really wanted a refund but I was soo angry that I didn't want to bother fighting with some really rude lady. Extremely...

I’m writing this in the hopes that the manager or similar reads this and knows what’s going on their business.

I work in the centre and buy my lunch quite often, and while there’s many times I would choose to buy your food due to how nice it is, I often choose not to because of how bad the service is. This is ongoing as well - it’s not a once off, this has been the case for months and months.

Unfortunately, the staff ignore you. That’s all there is to it. You go to order and they glance at you then continue doing whatever they were doing. No “sorry I’ll be a moment,” and they don’t speed up a little bit… I have been standing there for a solid 2 minutes while they ignore me, until I have to walk away because I’m unsure if they’re ever going to serve me. There are no other customers in line. When I have been served, it’s not been pleasant either.

It’s really disappointing as it’s a brilliant option for lunch otherwise, but when you can’t even get served and when you do the staff are rather rude, it’s not really a decent option anymore.

Hopefully this reaches the right audience and things change for...

Allergy eating is hard.... So when you find an entire Gluten Free menu, one tends to get excited. They could customize my order too. They could manage dairy free too. Ok, so the salivation begins.. I ordered a g/f and d/f chicken pita with roasted capsicums, chilli mayo and slaw. And a preservative free apple juice. It set me back $23 for this order, so prety expensive... but still good to be able to eat out. It was fresh, tasty... I know, actual flavour in a gluten free option. Tge salad was fresh and the pita soft and seasoned. It had flavour and didn't taste like cardboard. Such a nice surprise. A good casual eating option that you can have out. It costs more than you would think, but at least it can be customised for allergies, something lavking in most food courts. 🙂 Sorry about the bite out of the food in the photo, but it looked good.

Always on the hunt for a good vegetarian option, I came across Zeus Street Greek in Brisbane. After a positive experience in Chermside, I decided to give the one at the Queens Street Mall Food Court a go. This time, I ordered the plant based chicken Pythagoras in a meal. The chips lived up to the standard of the other store - crisp, fresh, and delish. The wrap itself was also a cracker, and just like the plant based lamb Zeus wrap, this one too was packed with flavour. The only drawback was that it should've been cooked a tad longer and served a little hotter but other than that, it was a well constructed wrap! Service was friendly and on the money. Will be visiting the stores in Melbourne to see how they compare.
