Triple Excellent Service and Experience... Do I recommend Xennox? Absolutely! They would be great for all purchases, but they make the process of an engagement ring very special, and you want a good experience with such a special purchase (Karl has great tips for guys re the design and proposal too).

I had the misfortune to lose my engagement ring and my claim wasn’t a good experience and the service from the original jeweller was lacking despite great service when we first bought the ring.

Enter Xennox. Our Xennox experience was AWESOME from the moment we met Karl. He was a professional, very knowledgeable, no sales pitch and when I explained the design of my original ring he had drawn a design before I’d even finished explaining. He found a beautifully sparkly diamond (it was a better quality than the original) and had the ring made in about 3 working days despite being over the busy Christmas period when most jewellers shut down!! I LOVE the ring and I’m so happy. When we collected it we dealt with Rob who provided just as good service. He arranged much better insurance on the spot (ask about it), a polishing cloth and just before walking out, a bottle of champagne to celebrate the New Year. I left teary with happiness with the whole experience.

Good morning Lauren, and thank you for this opportunity to share my experience with you and your team.

As I haven’t had any interaction with a customised jewellery showroom I was unsure as to how the process would work.

I phoned Xennox and my calls was answered by Clint, who quickly and professionally explained the process and I was able to make an appointment that day.

On arrival, I was greeted by a polite and kind person who offered me a drink and a seat while she went to let Clint know I was there.

After greeting me, Clint directed me to the end of the counter where we could sit and discuss what I wanted to do.

I didn’t have any pictures for reference just the idea in my head as to how I wanted my pieces to look, one if these pieces being the engagement ring left to me by my mother after her passing a couple of weeks ago.

Clint was patient, compassionate and gave me both encouragement and advice. He was straightforward and honest about costings, what the final products would look like and helped me navigate the design side so that I ultimately will end up with what I want.

It was a delightful experience in what customer service should be like and without any hesitation I would recommend Xennox and their talented team.

I can’t write a review that will reflect how highly I recommend the team at Xennox!

The experience my fiance and I have had at Xennox having my engagement ring designed and made was so much more than I ever expected! I came in with so many ideas and photos etc and really wanting a ring that was a bit different and would leave me feeling like this was the best ring I could ever have and I wouldn’t look back wishing I could just have xyz a little different.

The entire team at Xennox are AMAZING but a very special thanks to Karl who helped me figure out exactly what that ring would look like and took so much time to give advice, education and suggestions/options, helped us choose a diamond and was with us the entire way through, confirming the design etc and making some beautiful design suggests that personalised the ring just to me ❤️

I was shaking picking up my ring today and completely speechless (which as the length of my review suggests, doesn’t often happen). Seeing this ring was like finding my husband to be, it’s completely THE ONE, I no longer have eyes for any Instagram rings and I know I will love it every single day for the rest of my life, no ring could ever compare….except maybe my wedding band…see you soon for that one...
