McDonald's, where do I begin? Sadly, my recent experiences have left much to be desired. It seems that the golden arches are losing their shine, and the quality of both the food and service has taken a nosedive.
Let's start with the food. What happened to the iconic taste that McDonald's was once known for? On more than one occasion, I've been served soggy fries, lukewarm burgers, and stale buns. It's as if the kitchen has forgotten how to cook up a decent meal. And don't even get me started on the lack of freshness in the ingredients – wilted lettuce and rubbery cheese have become all too common.
But it's not just the food that's disappointing; it's the overall experience. Long gone are the days of fast and friendly service. Instead, I've encountered rude and indifferent staff who seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves than taking my order. And let's not even talk about the cleanliness – dirty tables and overflowing trash bins are a common sight.
And don't even get me started on the prices. For the quality (or lack thereof) that McDonald's is now offering, the prices are downright outrageous. It's no wonder why more and more people are opting to take their business elsewhere.

Ordered for a soy late which was as good as ever, small fries, and a simple request of a burger with only and only cheese, salad leaves and tomato.....absolutely nothing more than that. I paid $9 something for that burger. But they added tomato sauce and lots of onion. No problem. I went and asked them to change it while repeating my order and my specifications again. But guess what this time the order went horribly wrong. They gave me a burger with salad leaves and mustard sauce. I am still wondering which part of my order they didn't understand! I lost my mind and I left. Ofcourse I didn't get my money back and neither did I ask for it. Horrendous service and totally lack of attention towards customer's needs and dietary requirements. The staffs are working like robots, one order out of the regular menu which a 5 year old can understand and make, their brain gets fried up. Seriously pisst off, left angry...

I used online order&pick up for my partner. Normally it shows the order number but today it displayed errors.
I asked the staff for help,and get noticed that I need to check the email for the orderlist, which indicated the food was in front of me.
I said sorry to the staff that i didn't notice what I order cuz it's my partners order i just came and picked up. But she just went away with a very unpleasant face and left me very awkward.
