I am extremely disappointed with my experience at McDonald’s, which was ruined by the unprofessional and outright rude behavior of a manager working on Sunday morning 8/12/2024. This was not my first time visiting, and never had this experience in any Mc Donald’s store, it left me shocked and upset.
I entered the drive through hungry and admittedly a bit confused about my order, but I approached the situation calmly and respectfully. However, the manager on duty was incredibly unhelpful and rude right from the start. Despite my attempts to communicate politely, he seemed annoyed and frustrated. His attitude made me feel judged, as though he was basing his behavior on my skin color. It was an absolutely disheartening and humiliating experience.
After placing my order and making the payment, his hostility only escalated. Instead of offering assistance or even basic courtesy, he ignored my concerns entirely. When I decided to leave the food behind because I felt so disrespected, he callously threw the food in the trash right in front of me, without saying a single word. This action was not only unprofessional but also showed a complete lack of respect for me as a customer.
I find it appalling that someone with such an attitude holds a managerial position. Customer service is a fundamental aspect of this role, yet this individual failed miserably. His behavior reflects poorly on the McDonald’s brand, which is known for its commitment to inclusivity and customer satisfaction. Ultimately I paid for the food but left it to him for not helping me with my order.
I urge McDonald’s to take serious action against this person. Someone who displays such unkindness and unprofessionalism is unfit for a job that requires them to interact with people. No customer should ever feel as disrespected and unwelcome as I did...
Read moreMcNuggets are amazing. Reminds me of this time I walked across the parking lot, lost in thought, when suddenly, out of nowhere, a gang of McNuggets emerged from the shadows. There were ten of them, each one uniquely shaped and saucy.
The leader, a particularly plump McNugget with a menacing BBQ sauce stain, sneered at me. "You've been eating our cousins for years," he growled. "Now it's payback time."
Before I could react, the McNuggets pounced. They surrounded me, their breaded exterior crunching ominously as they closed in.
One McNugget, a feisty little guy with a Sweet and Sour sauce mustache, lunged at my ankles. Another, a towering McNugget with a Honey Mustard grin, swung at my head.
I stumbled backward, desperately trying to fend off the McNugget mob. But they were relentless, driven by their desire for revenge against the human who'd devoured their brethren.
Just when it seemed like all hope was lost, I remembered the wise words of a wise old french fry: "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade. But when life gives you a gang of angry McNuggets, make a break for the car."
With newfound determination, I sprinted toward my hilux, the McNuggets hot on my heels. I dove inside, slammed the door shut, and locked it just in time.
As I caught my breath, I couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity of it all. Who gets jumped by a gang of McNuggets in a parking lot?
I started the engine and drove away, leaving the McNuggets to plot their next move in the great fast food war. I glanced in the rearview mirror, and for a moment, I swore I saw the leader of the McNuggets giving me the finger. I chuckled and shook my head. Only in my life.
Edit: I was totally sober on...
Read morei just had the worst experience ever. I ordered an iced latte and I had one sip and it tasted like milk tea, there's barely any coffee shots in there so I came back. Both the barista and the girl taking orders was nice and helpful but the brown girl and the manager was so rude to me. I explained to them that my iced latte looks like there's barely any shots in there, and the girl looked at me weirdly and just passed it on to the manager. The manager then asked me what the problem is. I told him nicely that my iced latte tasted and looked like milk. Instead of offering a solution, he keeps asking me what my problem is which I have explained already multiple times to the girl and to him. He then laughed at me and said that it was supposed to look like that and did i even try the coffee. I disagreed with him and he then asked me to pull to the next window, which I did. While waiting for my order, the guy behind me keeps honking at me and swearing at me as to why im blocking the DT. I have to yell that i was waiting for my order. there's cars waiting on the side too so other cars cant go past me. It was really traumatising as the guy behind me followed me out of maccas and still keeps honking me. worst...
