Last night I decided to make an stop for coffee and walked in to a what I call the worst coffee stop ever. All store employees without any exception were running around completely understand organize and not even a single smile on anyone's face. Any way I decided to make my order and get out. A Female employee in a green shirt and a lots of tattoos started to take my order but she left without finishing up my order. Another female employee with purple shirt came and started to take the rest of my order. I really wanted to let her know her shirt is not fully button up and I also noticed the previous employee left the store I guess it was end of her shift. She was reviewing the order and because it was very crowded I asked her to repeat the order and at the end I had to remove one drink. She left the ordering station and while she was about to leave she said: "you need to listen when I read them to you . This is Christmas night how about you treat me with some respect?" And she left to bring someone for help. I thought as a customer she just spoke my mind about respecting each other! And I responded back that maybe you need to read them more clearly to me so I can understand the order from the beginning or let me confirm over the screen? But it just got uglier from there... I decided to just let go at that time but then I guess she sent a manager to take over the rest of order and make the drinks. Nice 3 employees in less than 5 minuts. Let's say I was so unsatisfied with the service that I was about to find out how much longer she needs to work at her shift and offer to pay her to go home and get to her family or whatever caused her attitude. I never disrespect her or not even tried to rush her so completely clue less of what was in her mind. After I checked online I could see many more comments from others about how rude they are at this location. I know this is one of many comments you receive on this store. Read moreNot only have we heard horror stories about the manager Rhiannon bulling workers here, we just experienced her first hand! Wow, just went through drive through to make an order for work mates and myself. The manager, Rhiannon, was extremely rude and patronising. She refused to take our orders because apparently they only take 2 orders in drive through. (since when has his even been a thing?) anyway Rhiannon just found it amusing that our work mates won't be getting their lunch, unless we drive around through drive through and line up again.. Our orders consisted of 1 x quarter pounder burger 1 x hash brown and 1 x mc chicken burger. However they refused to take the orders on the basis they only allow 2 orders at a time through drive through.
Safe to say, we have made a formal complaint with the owner of this store and the area manager. Rhiannon seems to think being manager at mcdonalds makers her some God like figure.. When really her mcdonalds can't get simple orders right. While he was eating the Oreo McFlurry he realized he had something weird in his mouth so I quickly grabbed a tissue for him to spit it out. It was a huge dead fly covered in Oreo’s. IT WAS HORRIBLE! I telephoned the Maccas in Colac and spoke to one of the employees named Brad who said he couldn’t hear me clearly and gave me an email to forward the complaint. I sent an email to the email address he gave but it wasn’t a correct one so I had to telephone back and he gave me another email. The email went through this time. That happened on the 6th of January. It’s the 15th of January today and I have yet to receive any reply to my email. My son is traumatized from this horrible incident and we have not visited any Maccas since then. But...
