MR.WOK N ROLL — Restaurant in Devonport

Made me wait for more than 30mins before giving my order, planning to dine in but instead have it for take away. Placed my orders before everyone in my group and got it last. Great service🙃

FEEDBACK: WOW!!!

I need to tell your staff to get my food first? So, what's the line for the counter for? And, I can place my order last and get it first? Where is the logic in that? Just to let you know that other people from a different table and uber eats people got there order first, when they arrived 10minutes after us. Is this a good service?

We we're looking for a nice restaurant for a nice dinner, I didn't mention anything about instant noodles, are you?

Just a question, Why would you admit people more than your capacity? If you cannot actually serve the people inside your resto, why admit them?

Admit to your mistake instead of blaming me for your own POOR SERVICE.

TLDR 1.) Over an Hour wait for 6 rolls outside of a peaktime on this has happened multiple occasions with smaller orders aswell.

2.) price to food ratio is quite steep, Kishi or Bentos offer better deals even at base rates.

3.) the sea food rolls were warm and smelt a little, the consumption wasn't bad but a little concerning.

4.)No attempts to fix or even awareness from the restaurant of the perpetual issues in regards to wait times, quality control or even basic communication.

5.) really tried with these guys, its just hasn't worked out. I hope they fix whatever the issues are, and wish...

Came for a meal with our own alcohol last night. Myself and 3 family members absolutely devoured 6 entrees between us before delving into and sharing the mains.

I’ve gotta say, it’s a lovely combination of Japanese and Chinese flavours among the dishes. We loved everything we ate and given we’re around the corner in Ambleside we’ll definitely be back! :)

The couple that run the place are so kind and gracious for your business it’s hard not to enjoy dining here. Thanks so much...
