Lift your game Oporto. Your consistency and quality control across stores is appalling. If I could give 0 stars I would. Hadn’t been here before and had only experienced the new store in Weston Creek at the servo (which is excellent). I don’t mind spending $55 on a meal...except when it’s slop. Chips were undercooked and soggy. My triple Bondi burger was so squashed and poorly made I thought it was a double. My daughter’s salad bowl had practically no chicken in it and was like it had been blended in a washing machine (in stark contrast to the Weston Creek store’s version). Absolutely horrible. This is not the first time Oporto has disappointed me, today I went in and asked for a quarter chicken extreme hot, and also a quarter chicken box which was packed messy. But I went to pay and asked if there was a possibility if I could have the leg Piece, the lady who I was paying to said that it was possible and went to go tell the staff when the shift leader shouted at her and was rude telling us that there is no more chicken, even tho other people where parked behind us who ordered chicken. Me and my family stumbled across the pulled chicken salad bowls while interstate. They're incredibly filling, delicious and you'd be hoping that it's nutritious and a healthier option.....? There's chicken, lettuce, corn, avo, tomato and rice. You can turn it into a meal with a drink and chips. Their chips are also delicious but honestly, it's hard to get through the salad bowl on its own but it's probs cheaper to grab the chips and drink so you can wash it down. I defs recommend!
