Don't come if you want to experience bad customer service. I ordered a soup rice set and KFC. The kimchi side dish tasted stale/spoiled: fungi smell, bitter, and sour. I raised this issue to the staff (not the one in the pic) asking her to replace the dish with a fresh kimchi, and you know what's the first question she asked? "Are you Korean?" Like what does this even mean? Do you mean to say non-Koreans are not capable of knowing what's spoiled, let alone a stale/spoiled kimchi? Even though I'm not a Korean, I have worked in restaurants serving Korean food and understand how kitchen inventories are generally handled. If something tasted spoiled/stale, it was due to issues with inventory management. I'm also not dumb enough to not know what's fresh and not fresh.

I said I'm not Korean and reiterated that I wanted the kimchi replaced with a fresh serving. But instead of going to the kitchen to report to the chef, the staff checked with the receptionist, got instructions from the receptionist, and came back providing a vague explanation saying they made their kimchi from scratch; kept it in containers; this (not sure what) was how they made kimchi; all their kimchi tasted like this. This was clearly nonsensical reasoning. I should have asked the staff: "how about you, a Korean, taste the kimchi? Are you Korean enough to know it's stale/spoiled?"

Aside from this very bad experience, the KFC and soup tasted good. But I'm not going to give more than a 1-star rating unless they improve...

The first time I went there, the food was great. They do timed bookings and we were the last one before close, so no customers were waiting. Literally on the exact minute, the waitress says (in these exact words), "You have to leave now". They could have kept clearing other tables, but ok, English as a second language and it was closing time, so while a rude phrasing, not a deal breaker. Not going to be a Karen about it.

Second time, running 15 minutes late, I call them and tell them I'm running late but we are definitelyon the way. They say "no, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we are cancelling your booking".

I reassure them that we will be done quickly because we have tickets, so we have to leave before the end our booking time. They refuse to hold the booking, and again, the way they said this was pretty rude.

The food is great, but the service is absolutely appalling, and with other comparable Korean alternatives nearby, I can't...

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I went with my two daughters, and we had a tiny pack of candy on the table purchased from next door grocery store, not even eating it at all, but the waitress came over and told us we were not allowed to have outside food and even suggested we leave it at the counter. This was completely unnecessary and felt very rude.

When I spoke to the other girl while paying, she insisted that “candy is also food” and said they only informed customers about outside food policy. Honestly, this was ridiculous. We weren’t eating any outside food, yet we were treated as if we were doing something wrong. They can’t just simply accuse that we’re going to eat the candy, we order 4 dishes for 3 people which is more than enough for us, it’s not like we order one dish and have fried rice from other restaurant in their place. This made us feel very uncomfortable, and I will not be...

Great little Korean fusion place tucked away in the back corner of Dickson. Super busy but the staff were amazing and accommodating to find us a table and take our order so quickly as possible. Food flavours did not meet our expectations however. The chicken we ordered was quite starchy, same as the sizzling dish. Portion sizes were good, however overpriced by at least 5$ each. Plenty of Korean places bordering this resteraunt, so did not really stand out from the others.

it’s a very nice place you can check out if you want to be treated differently as an Asian. We were told not to put our Oreo on table since they didn’t accept BYOD and then some other people (Caucasians) came in and sat next to us. They started to drink wine which was brought from outside and the stuff generously gave them some glasses, so nice they were! The service was so amazing and would be beyond your expectations. Don’t forget to try when you visit around Dickson.
