Crust Pizza Gungahlin — Restaurant in District of Gungahlin

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PLACE I placed an order at 6pm on Friday night, I was told an hour wait... 3.5 hours later no pizza

We tried calling Crust Pizza after 90 minutes and was told the Pizza is about to leave the shops.

after 2.5 hours I tried calling again and no one would pick the phone up, I made 55 calls and finally someone picked up the phone call and I was told pizza should be at my house shortly.

after calling another 30 times at 3-hour mark, finally someone picked up the phone and I was told the pizza was delivered and when I questioned where is it. I was then told they tried to deliver the pizza, but no one open the door and they tried calling but no one answered.

At the end I was told they will deliver the pizza before closing time; however, we never got the pizza which we paid for.

Absolutely disgusting, unacceptable if you can't provide the service than do not operate....

What happened lately? This pizza used to be good for the price. The last 2 times I've ordered in the past 2 weeks I've noticed a more than significant decline in quality and quantity of the food. The "crust" is more like toasted bread and is just as thin. The toppings are of low quality and there's barely any on the pizza. I usually order the brownies too and even they have changed into a worse version that just feels like a downgrade. And they are still charging $25 for an extra large pizza? I don't think I'll be eating at this location of the franchise again unless the quality reverts or the prices are lowered to match the...

Ordered the speciality Margherita with buffalo cheese , it came with no buffalo cheese , it also came burnt dry and hard , the cherry tomatoes were shrivelled up to just the skin, it was like eating dried cardboard. The Australian pizza came with ham eggs tomato ,fair enough , but the ham looked like it was just torn up by hand and chucked on ( not sliced or diced or shredded) , and as soon as you took a bite the whole topping comes off . Garlic bread pizza was like a wooden frisbee it was so dry and hard and tastless. Total waste of $70 , expected more from this gourmet pizza joint but get a better pizza from the local...
