Disgusting place, little so tiny and next to the playground we came around 3:30 and order some drinks to sit outside while we watch the kids play on the playground . They told us at 3:30 that they’re closing at 4:00 when we literally have half an hour to sit down outside , so we said oh that’s alright we won’t be there for long at around 3:47 they start packing when they’re one guy who sat inside and they kicked him out. The lady came again at 3:55 pm to kick us out again extremely disgusting. I have the photo taken how they kick the poor dude out and how they start closing literally half an hour before. Bad customer service the food wasn’t even nice the lady was extremely disrespectful.why promote closing at 4:00 but then kick the customer out at 3:30 ? Like are you guys okay ? Do better. I purchased a hot chocolate which I have done from here many times before. When I walked away and it was cool enough for me to drink it tasted weak and like warmed milk with a hint of chocolate. I returned to the cafe and asked if it could be re-maid. I was met with such hostility from the staff member and she kept saying she used the amount they always do and it’s not powder it’s chocolate it has a different taste. What shocked me the most was when she then tipped the hot chocolate I had drunk from back into the jug and frothed the milk again with the machine. The hygiene standards at this place are clearly lacking and they need a lesson in customer service. I’m sure no one would be happy paying $7.00 for warm milk.
