McDonald's Broome — Restaurant in Djugun

As a regular customer to Macdonalds I was greeted with a young inexperienced lady. Slogan was far from it.Lovin it turned quickly into not lovin it. First impression I had to refrain from bolting out the door Apart from the loud renovations the overwhelming fumes from the construction workers.The staff member unable to multitask, unprofessional, Overwhelmed with interaction I was met with hostility. Told to use the self service a few times which I refused. Even though I was at the counter first trying to order rudely interrupted she proceeds to tell me sternly to move aside cause there are customers. Which I was bewildered. So what do I come under? 1 male customer Was in the store. I moved aside to accommodate her She continues this cat and mouse game. I again refused no I will stay right here .I prefer to order here .I asked for management. Nothing was addressed but she did eventually take my well deserved breakfast order which at the time seemed like a simple task .I suggested further training ASAP. Front of house definitely not a fit for the staff member keep her in the back of house till she has had the proper training. Management needs to be accountable. Hope my next visit to Broome Macdonalds will be a better experience..Come to Derby for some real Country exceptional customer...

Strange parking at this one where backing out of a park meets drive thru customers something like that extra careful here. Went here every day for nearly two weeks for a early coffee and add on hct toasty .80 %of the time my coffee was always average hit or miss with the sugar count.. and toastys half raw or half toasted ...I must of always got a new recruit as a simple order was just to hard for the young servers who always needed help to complete a add on order and with memory's like a fishing net you have to spell out what you want a few times till it sinks in their brains what is going on... If you can stand upright and look straight ahead with a blank look and the IQ of a goldfish you can get a job here... 3...

Take a 20lt drum of hand sanitiser and put ear plugs in your nose before you go because the homeless people sleeping at the front can get a little ponky. the grime on the door handle could be chiselled off! And don't let your kids in the cesspit out in the front court yard, they came out after going down the with a skid mark of something disgusting festering in the play equipment. The place is so unhygienic that you could follow the dirty footprints all the way back to the car on your way out. Just got home now and watching my kids very closely to make sure they don't develop a third eye or an extra limb. Yeah,...
