Chicken Treat Broome — Restaurant in Western Australia

I have been a long term customer, despite some previous complaints and issues with the management, however I will definitely rethink my options from now on. Last night, I was served spoiled chicken, which has given me food poisoning. I can understand accidents happen but based on the facts that after I brought it right back, I received no apology from the team of young girls working, was treated with a lack of care and frankly unprofessional behaviour, saw them visibly laughing through the window, was brushed aside quickly and was not even refunded the full amount, I am utterly disgusted and disappointed in the team at Chicken Treat. I can see other reviews have had the same situation occur, which is disturbing to me. How does that even happen? Sounds like a report needs...

I went through the drive through on Monday 27-12-21 made an order the person serving closed the window I thought I had to drive on and my order and change of $50 would be brought to me I then realised that I had to wait after talking to the car behind me I then proceeded in the shop when I was given my order but denied change I was furious at the situation the manager told me they would check the till at the end of the night after calling the following day she again denied my change.
