Local Dunsborough — Restaurant in Dunsborough

Nice coffee although very milky. Bagels were delicious however I originally wanted a cheese and tomato toastie ( a pretty basic order) when asking the staff if that would be achievable, the young staff member was kind and asked the shop owner as she was unsure.

The shop owner then turned around and snapped at me "there is no personal chef, if you want that you will need to wait". The delivery and tone was very unnecessary and just plain rude. I replied to the owner "that's ok I'll just get something else." The dirty look I received after that was again unnecessary and plain rude.

I understand they were a little busy however you should never treat people that way.

All the locals we have crossed path with have been super friendly and approachable. The local coffee shop on the other hand not so much!

Will not be returning. Customer service definitely...

Please don't bother. Typical of Australian hospitality these days. Charge the customer as much as possible for a meal half the size of your palm.

$16 for a vegetarian bagel. The staff informed us they were short of ingredients whis is understandable but what we got wast dry and tasteless really.

You could make this at home for $5

Either don't overcharge the customer or serve up decently sized bagels with more than two...

Lovely little spot but disappointing service. We came in for a Chai, Mocha and some baby chinos. We spied a bacon and egg roll in the cabinet and due to an allergy to Mustard asked specifically if there was mustard in it. The response was "they have seeds but it's not mustard". Unfortunately, this wasnt the case. It was mustard seeds and now we're dealing with the consequences. Coffee was great, staff were friendly. Just a shame about knowing what's...
