3 Quarters Topped Up Cafe — Restaurant in East Perth

Great coffee shop. They have a good selection of coffees including al the regulars plus single origins. They have a good selection of alternative milks too and their decaf options are swiss water process which is good to see. Food is good quality. They do have some special off the menu items - ask for “Scott’s Chicken” if you are after a low carb high protein / clean option. It would be nice to see a broader selection of smaller healthy meal option that were well priced. Such as Quinoa and roasted pumpkin, chicken and quinoa, etc.

I really enjoy the 2 locations in East Perth of this cafe and I’m happy that sometimes they offer 4-5 vegan options. I started buying coffee, lunch and other items in September 2023 and my 5 star review for service is particularly for Ali, who is a star employee at the 151 Royal Street location. Yesterday I ordered Lactose free Late. I have not seen the worker preparing the actual coffee. It taste milk only. I said oh well may be I am wrong. Today I ordered the same and I was standing just beside the coffee machine which prepare the coffee ingredients. Again I did not see her preparing the coffee.the she callee me and gave me ny Late. I did confront her by asking her that i have not seen her making the coff. Her replied that she already have left iver. That tthe worst think i have ever see....
