STRØM Restaurant — Restaurant in East Perth

Booked a boys Lunch for 8 on Friday, the 5th day of their opening.

It would be rare to get perfection at such an early stage of operation. However, the service and quality of food came very close indeed…. I had the Fettuccine Marinara which was absolutely delicious in all respects. Followed by their Apple and Rhubarb Tart +++ (See their menu for details) Washed down with a competitively priced Pint of Swan Draught and a glass of equally good value Red Shed (in the group’s winery) Rose.

One constructive suggestion from some of the lads was the main service ‘plates’ in particular would benefit from being heated.

Everyone said they will be very happy to return.. We are all looking forward to more visits to Strom.

✨ A perfect night out at Strom, East Perth! ✨

What a treat! From the moment we walked into Strom, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality - the hostess (also the owner!) made us feel right at home.

We kicked things off with the goat cheese starter, which was absolutely divine. Creamy, tangy, and packed with flavour - it set the tone for the rest of the night.

For mains, the sirloin was a standout. Cooked to absolute perfection, it was so tender you could cut it with a spoon (okay, not quite, but we didn’t need the steak knife!). The crumbed pork cutlet was equally delicious, and the artichoke salad it came with? Next-level.

The wine list was thoughtfully curated and paired beautifully with the meal. The dining room had a great vibe relaxed, elegant, and buzzing just enough.

To finish, we couldn’t resist dessert (and we're so glad we didn’t). Every bite was heaven.

For a new spot, Strom runs like a well-oiled machine, seamless service, incredible food, and that extra touch of heart that’s hard to find. We’ll definitely be back. Highly...

We celebrated my mom’s birthday at Strom tonight and had the most wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, Carl went above and beyond to make sure we found parking and even guided us when we were lost. We felt so warmly welcomed with patience and kindness from him and the team. The service was truly 10/10 – attentive, caring, and genuine. The food was absolutely lovely, and we enjoyed every dish. What touched us most was how they still offered to serve us dessert, even though it was already closing time, and told us not to rush but to take our time enjoying it.
