Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Bistro Loui, and it was an absolute delight. The portions served were truly impressive, with a particular standout being the delightful pork dish that left my taste buds thoroughly satisfied.

The overall atmosphere of Bistro Loui is nothing short of magical. The ambiance creates a charming and inviting setting for a memorable dining experience. Me & my girlfriend went 2 days in a row in this place because we wanted to have 2 simple hot chocolates accompanied with a shared dessert a little bit earlier of their closure time.

As a result, they bailed us the first day and wanted to do the same during the second day because they told us that the kitchen was already closed when they were still continuing to bring dishes to the others tables. After explaining patiently that we didn't want to stay longer and to serve kindly us, the staff decided to give take-away (!!) chocolates & no dessert (!!) to us, and in addition they didn't consider us at all when they continued to be fakely kind to the others customers.

We can confirm it looks really a nice restaurant, but the staff is definitely unprofessional & so rude when we asked just a little bit of their flexibility as well as welcoming, considering that it was a cold & wet evening.

Bistro Louis is an absolute gem in Esperance! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, genuine hospitality and a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. The food was nothing short of spectacular—every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour. The shark pie and lamb chops were to die for. You can really tell how much care and passion goes into everything they do here. Our servers Tess, Clem and Paul were outstanding and gave us the most remarkable service.
