Xing's Sushi & Noodle — Restaurant in Esperance

Best authentic style wok food Goldfields.

I've been to Esperance dozens of times in the last 15 years and I have to admit I bypassed Xing's Sushi & Noodle for some time until I felt like some sushi. It was then I noticed that woks clang clang and the skill of the chef. I go to Xing's Sushi & Noodle and least once on every visit and have never been disappointed.

All the stir fries I have tried have been delicious, have a great wok hei where needed and full of flavour. They even sell world famous Loa Gan Mai sauce at the counter.

5* for F & S. Only 4* for atmosphere cause, well it is just basically a kitchen and a few tables... not that I want...

As a Chinese I barely eat out in Chinese restaurants because I always think I cook better than the restaurants outside and they are always my last option. After spent a week here tonight I couldn’t found anything that I wanna eat in town I decided to give it a try.

I just randomly order noodle NO.1 and surprisingly it tastes really authentic!! Out of towner looking for something on a Sunday night, I thought I'd give it a crack.

First of all, walking in, i was met with a genuine smile, friendly and fairly busy. But only took 15 minutes to cook my meal.

Now for the food.. Well.... DELICIOUS! I ordered Honey Chicken and Fried Rice. Rice was not salty or fatty but refreshingly nice! Honey Chicken was lovely too, sweet honey and separated generous portions. I'm looking forward to lunchtime leftovers.
