Domino's Pizza Forster — Restaurant in Forster

Terrible service. We looked on the website to find that value pizzas were $5 each. We phoned to ask if we could do a split payment (as there were two of us) and after being told yes, we ordered two of the $5 pizzas. We drove 20 minutes to Forster after seeing the price advertised on the website, and only took $10 cash with us. Upon arrival, we were told it was $11.90, and that there was a surcharge for ordering over the phone. We then had to pay for one pizza as they would not even budge by $1.90 (fair enough, but if the price is advertised as $5 per pizza online then that should be applicable in store too). We felt this was misleading and we could have at least been quoted over the phone with the total price so that we could have taken the...

Worst dominos I've ever been too. Paid for extra large pizza that advertises 15% topping or some bull** like that, and paid for double sausage on a pizza which was... just sausage. ended up with a large cheese pizza maybe 1-2 pieces of sausage on each. Just ordered a "loaded nachos" advertised as "Corn chips layered with nacho cheese sauce, seasoned ground beef, diced tomato, stretchy mozzarella and spicy jalapenos, topped with lots of nacho cheese sauce and spring onions" received a little under 2 dozen smashed corn chips, next to no cheese, absolutely no jalapenos or spring onions and a sprinkling of beef mince. Just got pizzas delivered. Not the order we placed. It was late and we started eating what we were given as we had children to feed. We called the store and after speaking to multiple people who couldn't find the order but told us they would give us a refund, Nathan the apparent manager got on the ph. We were told we couldn't have a refund as we had started eating the pizzas. He then hung up on us. We called back and when I proceeded to inform him that is actually incorrect we were hung up on again. Absolutely disgusting and incompetent customer service.
