After almost 10 years of regularly being a customer here, tonight was an incredibly disappointing night. I ordered a smash burger, my friends who had never been here ordered the same plus nachos and drinks,. Our drinks and burger orders arrived really quickly, but after two requests the nachos hadn’t arrived. I initially asked about the nachos, to be assured they were on their way, still didn’t get served, we had finished our burgers, my friends enquired about the nachos and were given an absolute load of bs, order wasn’t as described, we had a celiac order in between, the easy and accurate response would have been to say you had made a mistake and were on to it, instead you tried to attribute blame on the customer, got rude like immature juveniles. Attended “Who’s Your Mumma” for my gym’s Christmas Party. Initially thought, this place is quite nice. Ordered some food, had a bit of a joke with the bartender about the fact that the food I had ordered wasn’t available as they had ran out, ordered a couple of drinks for myself, my daughter and friend. A little while later, My friend went to order himself a drink and a drink for me, before being told that I was “cut off”!!!!! I had 3 drinks before apparently being “cut off”…. unfortunately, my personality is loud, I can’t help the fact I’m loud!!! Apparently being loud means that you’re drunk!!!! NOT!!! I won’t be going back there again!.. If I was staggering or slurring my words, I would accept that. But I wasn’t!! Not going...

I think this place would have been amazing, had we not had to wait half an hour at the bar to be served when it wasn't that busy (which put one of my friends into a very bad mood)! Unfortunately, there was only one person attending to all the customers (drinks and food)! The Patatas Bravas also took about half an hour to get to our table, and by that time, we'd long finished our drinks and had to leave already! The positives: nice vibe, they had outdoor tables (pet-friendly), and there was a great selection of drinks - the Four Pillars Shiraz gin and tonic was divine!
