Been going to Fremantle Oval for 40 years.... At what point do they care about the spectators ???..... it's been the same since the 70s.... concrete slabs one side, a stand that's distant from the ground and standing only on the other.... when are seats going to be put in.... when are the people that pay their money going to be considered... for every person that goes and are happy with it, there are 10 that won't go because of the lack of comfort, the dreadful location, the inadequate parking and the lack of respect shown to fans....because of all this we limit out trips only to when our team plays there, otherwise would love to go more often.... but until they spend the money to upgrade faculties and stop taking the public for granted.... it's putting it nicely to say it's a nightmare, bum numbing disgrace of...
Read moreWhat can I say about this ovel1,South Fremantle Bulldogs home ground was the HQ for the Fremantle Dockers when they became a team in 1994 in recent years they have moved into a custom built facility in Cockburn leaving they home ground and facilities to South Fremantle Ovel since the Dockers departure has become a public library and now the new council house has been built the library has moved out of Fremantle over to the council house and the Perth Glory has moved into the old Fremantle Dockers HQ at Fremantle oval.

Read moreFremantle oval was alive with very young children. A round Robyn event took place this morning hosted by South Fremantle football club. Was a wonderful morning with the sun shining and beaut turn out f families to support upcoming football stars of the future. Visited a cafe opposite Fremantle markets for a fine cup of coffee. Was great to see so many people out & about visiting Fremantle. Fremantle council want Fremantle to have more patronage!! They need to consider dropping the parking meters on Saturday & Sunday. Sure they are not aware of how it puts people off paying...
