Top notch shopping experience ! Great service and knowledge from the staff , who did all they could to help me with my bespoke ring I wanted made for my wife. They gave me options at all budgets, listened to what I wanted and talked me through every step of the process. The staff were welcoming and friendly every time I entered the Gallery during the process of deciding between the options and not once did I feel intimidated. My wife LOVES her ring .
