McDonald's — Restaurant in Gladstone Central

Was not impressed!!! Usually great fast service delivered to table but just not this time! 2x Nugget H/Meals,1x C/Burger H/M,Filet fishMeal,Dbl Qtr Pounder Meal and sauces.Had to go to counter as we were missing things then was asked if I could bring my tray back so they could see what they missed after I clearly stated it was a F/Fish,mayo packets and sauces for nuggets and 1 H/M wrong.I said no as I had already laid food out. The woman then rolled her eyes,slapped my receipt on counter and called out to young girl who had just walked thru door "Can you go with this lady.She says she's missing a burger." The girl then advised me to go take a seat etc but was then told, loud enough for it to feel awkward, that she was to go WITH me to my table and have a look if i was missing a burger etc.When all that was sorted finally,my family had already finished eating and waiting on me. I opened burger (and only the burger as I ate my chips while waiting) I found that my filet was hard.Went to counter again,was ignored by woman and finally approached by girl. Asked her if I could have a fresh burger and meal replacement as I really wanted it all together. She spoke to woman and was told to tell me that it was my burger (which she thought was fine) that would be replaced. I understand that busy periods are stressful but it would have gone smoothly had my meal been sorted straight away when pointed out. UNDER TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! I have never left a bad review anywhere before but feel this is needed. I purchased a big Mac meal with no pickles, waited 30mins for it to come out with no sauce, stail chips & the coke tasting like soda water. I didn't realize until I was back at work. Tried phoning the store there's no answer. So I go back in & speak with the very unprofessional looking manager on duty Ashlee Coleman. I explained what happened with her she wasn't Interested in my complaint & spoke very rudely towards me. I showed her my call log that I had tried ringing straight away & she had no explanation as to why the phone wasn't getting answered, they were not busy. Looking at other staff members to answer my questions for her. She did how ever look up my order and did find it but still wasn't happy to replace it as I didn't have the receipt her staff didn't hand me to begin with.. I ordered five hamburgers from this McDonald's restaurant and was given looks of disgust from the person serving me. I only do this to see how the staff is to customers. When my meal was delivered to me in a very fast time, the worker gave me looks of disgust and also starred at me while he walked back into the inside of the restaurant. This made me uncomfortable and feel unwelcomed. The hamburgers were constructed as if they were on a commercial, however, there were far too many pickles with the prerequisite being one.
