All employees are new and useless.

This Brumbies used to be lovely, with happy and highly competent employees. There must have been a manager change, because since about a year ago, all staff have seemed to come and go. They hire useless young boys who throw bread around and preoccupied young girls who are on their phones half the time. None of them seem to understand the job.

This photo is from an hour ago. The girl absolutely flattened this bread to half its size and charged full price. This is not worth $5.

When asked for a paper bag rather than a plastic one, she first put it in a plastic bag, then touched it all over trying to put it into a paper bag, only to dump the plastic bag in the bin....

Very disappointed that the manager thinks it's ok to put out apple turnovers that didnt sell yesterday straight from his fridges at 8am on a Saturday . Here is a business tip for you, dont look at what you may loose retail price ,look at what was the cost to produce those 8 turnovers and give them to your staff or throw them out . This is the second time i have mentioned this to staff there when they sell yesterday's left overs , but it's the last time for me. You have lost a customer that spent min $50 per week , thats over $2.500 per year . A proper Bakery sells...

What a pathetically rude individual working at 4:30pm on 24 September. I would never ever hire such a person in my business, because I know such a rude and unhappy person will chase customers away by disappointing them.
