OMG!The place is completely a nightmare for my whole family for the breakfast! If you wanna wait for over 50mins plus for your breakfast! After I questioned about my waiting time to the staff after 40mins, a lady told me will be another 10mins. And then another 20mins passed, I still didn’t get any food at all! I asked if any store manager I could talk to, the staff told me no! And few mins later a lady came directly to my table, accused me why I complained about the waiting time? She said it’s normal to wait for the food over 50mins! Even lots of people after us got their food before us that’s normal! She didn’t wear a mask and talked to me with this horrible attitude! I am the wrong person who ordered my food at this newly reopened cafe! Have been so many different cafes and restaurants at Gold Coast, never been treated like this! They won’t even say sorry to a customer because they don’t have the capacity to cater over 10 customers at the same time! Never will come back to here anymore! It’s the first time and...

Yesterday will be our last visit to this cafe, for the second time in two weeks they got the order wrong. They don't listen and they don't confirm the order once it's been taken. I ordered bacon and eggs and got eggs on toast. I asked for the eggs to be flipped, and they weren't, plus they were only partly cooked. Instead of doing anything about it, I was told that they did not charge for bacon and eggs. It appears they have a lot of experience at arguing with customers rather than helping them. On the previous visit, they had a trainee on the counter who didn't know how to take orders, and I had to get someone to assist, but the order still came out wrong. The coffee on this visit was also awful NEVER AGAIN. How not to...

Ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake, Apple Crumble, Caramel Latte and a freshly squeezed juice. The juice was the only good thing about the meal unfortunately. The cheesecake, although it had some pretty pink swirls through it was not strawberry flavoured at all and tasted like plastic. The apple crumble, which when compared to the cheesecake was okay, was almost as bad. It was more like a warm, moist mush. The coffee was okay but only having raw sugar or sweetener, no plain white sugar, ruined it. There also wasn't many spare tables available when we got there, but all of them had the previous customers dishes still on the tables. Other than the juice and the staff, it was a pretty...

Looking for somewhere warm for lunch on one of our coldest days ever on the Goldie, found Crema's restaurant in the Runaway Bay mall foodcourt. Best part is, they have a very large deck alongside a canal. Would it be chilly on a very cold bleak day? No fear! They have pretty powerful wall heaters that quickly warmed us up. And, the 'inner man' was warmed with piping hot leak and potato soup with side of toasted turkish bread. Delicious! Service too was warm and efficient. We've already told friends of our warm experience at Creme, Runaway Bay. Thanks guys and girls!

Overtly attentive, helpful and friendly staff with beautifully appointed reimagined from the ground up new home. Decked out with superb lounges, comfortable tables and a beautiful vista protected during inclement weather by tinted screens. Very cosy, the chicken caeser was supreme and they even made provision for my doggy. No one photo can detail how awesome it looks nor the wonderful headspace it generates. Come look for yourself, bring your boat to the dock or your jetski to the small beach, support your local cafes.

This is one of our favourite little cafe’s to go for coffee on the weekend. The coffee is great and the food is pretty decent too. The staff are always friendly and service is always on point. I’ve never had a bad coffee there. My chicken and avo melt today was nice but a little dry. Next time I’ll ask for a little aioli or something to go with it. But overall, I really love this place.
