Worst dominos to ever exist. Here’s a list of all the reasons I will forever refuse to ever eat at this dominos franchise ever again.
My order was waiting in store ready longer then all the other processes of my order.
They did not pick up phone after 5 times of calling them and when the person picked the phone up it was an Indian man (after reading other reviews I believe this Indian man was an extremely rude manager that countless customers have been appalled by) he randomly left immediately after he finally answered my call and when he finally came back to the phone he was so rude. For one he lied and said the delivery person had left the store and would arrive any minute, then 3 minutes later I got a notification saying that it had just left the store (I also believe after reading the reviews that this Indian manager in particular commonly tells this lie to his customers). After he told me this lie I proceeded to ask him more about the service and the man then told me he wasn’t even listening to me. At this point my boyfriend took my phone and tried to get this man to listen to him, and when asked if the food happens to be cold when we get it could we call him back, he then hung up on us without another word.
We did not get our drink. Even after the delivery person read the receipt right infront of me and clearly knew he was missing the drink.
I am very sure I found a hair in my Mac n cheese and it didn’t even come with a fork and I’m in a hotel that doesn’t supply cutlery, so even if there wasn’t a hair in my food I couldn’t have eaten it. It was also over cooked and the pasta was hard and definitely not fully covered by cheese. And the little bit I did try to eat if my Mac n cheese before I saw the hair honestly tasted like butter. I have no clue how it could’ve tasted so much like butter. The worst Mac and cheese I have ever received from a dominos.
They gave us the incorrect crust on the pizza.
The attached photo shows how many times and how long I tried to call dominos for. I told my delivery man about my terrible encounter of trying to call the store and he informed me that this was a common occurrence and no one ever answers the phone even though it is constantly ringing. They answered once out of all the times I called. And after I received my food and was disgraced and wanted a refund no one would picked up to neither mine or my boyfriends phone. Now we’re going to have to go in store tomorrow to hopefully receive a full refund for the inedible food, incorrect order, and the missing products.
The management of this dominos is beyond out of control and needs to be replaced immediately. As long as this Indian man is the manager you should never order food from this dominos. I wouldn’t attempt to get food from this dominos even if it were my only option and I were about to be starved to death I was that appalled by the terrible costumer service I received. Not even everything I’ve said can describe how much of a terrible experience this was. Disgraceful....
Read moreDon't order here if you're in a hurry ... I purchase very regularly at this store, normally via pick up and am normally a very satisfied customer. However, tonight the Customer Service was shocking & I really think that a review of basic customer service with the staff is appropriate. I arrived at my designated pick up time. Nobody was at the pick up counter, (not that unusual, they're busy, I get that). There were two staff members in the store - one making pizzas & the other taking pizzas out of the oven, cutting & boxing them. Neither greeted me as I arrived & both continued to ignore me (& at least 2 other customers) for at least 10 MINUTES whilst they carried on with their jobs. I could see that the pizza cutter guy was working on what appeared to be a very large order (or several orders) ... he had approx 10 pizza boxes piled up on his counter ... but at times he did have a long gap between pizzas coming out of the oven. All this time I could see what I presumed was my order (4 pizzas) waiting in the hold-warm cabinet (turns out that I was correct, they were my pizzas). I quite understand that when one is busy you cannot duplicate oneself and do two things at once, but at several times, either of them could have paused and just come over to have given me my (pre-paid) pizzas. Surely they knew that there was an order ready for pickup? ... one of them must have put it in the warming cabinet at least!!! Or at the VERY least, an acknowledgement would have been good - a simple "Hi, we'll be with you in a minute" would have made a huge difference. But what REALLY got me angry, is that after all this wait, the phone rang and the young staff member INSTANTLY stopped what he was doing (boxing pizzas) and answered the phone in under two rings. How come the person on the phone, who hadn't waited at all, got priority over those of us who had waited 10 MINUTES plus at the front counter??? I lost it at this point & made my disgust well known and I apologise for raising my voice, although I wasn't otherwise rude. Seriously, this young man and his "superviser" making pizzas needs a serious update on customer service. I'll be supporting Dominos Broadbeach or Mermaid Waters...
Read moreAbsolutely appalling. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a moody worker with a simple nod of the head. I brushed it off as them having a bad day and proceeded to order my pizza. As I said my order I was given judging looks and the workers whispered something in a foreign language. I asked what the problem was and he responded “you so fat”. I am shocked. I have never, in my 46 years of life been spoken to like that by a fast food worker. I laughed it off and attempted to pay when his coworker started making comments in a foreign language to which the receptionist laughed loudly. I’m not skinny but it should never be normalised to be harassed and bullied by staff for your weight. After 45 minutes of waiting my food was finally ready and they didn’t even call my name. I had to ask what was happening and they shoved it onto the counter and laughed when I took it. When I got home and opened my cold pizza the first thing I noticed was jalapeños that I didn’t order on my pepperoni pizza. And worst of all, a fake nail embedded in the cheese. I removed the nail and took a picture, photos attached. I have never felt more violently sick in my life. And what’s worse is that when I called the store to complain they didn’t offer a refund or any solutions. I will never return to this store ever again. Absolutely disgusting service and disgusting food. Don’t waste your time and go to the mermaid beach store instead, or even better, go to a Pizza Hut. They’ll serve you with kindness and respect unlike this...
