Gemelli Pizza — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

We ordered pizza and pasta last week. Very underwhelming. The pasta was so bland, the sauce was thin and not creamy at all. Kind of seemed like jar sauce consistency. My seafood marinara had 2 tiny prawns and the rest was mussels and fish which we so over cooked they were chalky. My partners carbonara was so tasteless. We had to add salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese to both just to give some flavour. The garlic pizza was disappointing too. No cheese just dry tomato sauce with a hint of garlic. I thought I’d be getting a really nice authentic dinner but I honestly think I make better...

If I could give no stars I would. Me and my partner came in tonight, to treat ourselves to what looks like to be great Italian pizza. Ordered the Supreme pizza - menu states it has toppings like pepperoni, ham, etc. Nothing about shallots and get shallots on it. Weird combination, crust and all of it was tasteless. Rang the shop to give feedback nothing done, but lady over the phone stating we dont do traditional Italian pizzas...then perhaps change the name and decor, nothing italian about it. Very disappointing. Head to the real Gemelis in Broadbeach -...

I used to really like the food from Gemelli's until I bought a pasta dish from there one night....it was awful. The pasta was off. When I complained I was confronted with nothing but rudeness from the twin girls...I was happy to try again until they spoke to me the way they did. I couldn't believe their attitude. My partner has since bought pizza from there but his last pizza was awful aswell. There is a difference with their food depending who cooks... My advice...if the girls are cooking, go...
