We had a rare date night and gave this place a try , very disappointed, outside says $21 we were told no vegetables have gone up so much now it’s $25 so we were ok with until apart from a broccoli head divided into 4 very small meals a slice of zucchini and two strips of cabbage the same ,no onion carrotts beans nothing , the chicken well it’s debatable it was chicken was basically just presented in three different sauces 4 crispy noodles in one rice with bacon in another the only thing we enjoyed sweet and sour pork which was nice , we didn’t like the fact we were watched by the old lady constantly coming out and looking at us made us feel very uncomfortable, we left all chicken dishes they were inedible so was the child portion of beef , dirty walls with works all over them , mould on the roof , sticky tables and floor dated furniture surprised this has not been shut down only good thing was the son at the counters manners , sadly we feel a waste of our date night , waste of $50 and we were both I’ll for 24 hours after so never again the only customers in the place on Saturday night I advised there needs to be more vegetables not just watery chicken he said they took expensive for extra he can add them ? Never again lost another customer IT IS NOT A ALL YOU CAN EAT IT IS WE WILL ONLY BRING SMALL BOWLS WHEN YOU EAT THE FIRST ONES WHILST BEING WATCHED BUY A ELDERY...
Read moreVery bad experience. We went for all you could eat and left hungry. Our clothes smelt like their deep fryer when we got home which you could tell hadn’t had the oil changed often enough. The meals were bowls of sauce and almost no vegetables at all. One meal was intended to come with capsicum and broccoli. It had 1 piece of broccoli (no capsicum) and so much sauce that it overpowered everything. You had to finish the meal before ordering anything else and after 2 very disappointing meals we didn’t want to finish we decided to leave. We were told that they were not allowed to serve tap water because of council restrictions and covid. This was a lie to ensure we bought bottled water. We were given a table immediately but made to pay first from a very money-oriented man. Very disappointing. I’m not one to write a bad review but this restaurant truly needs to improve to remain open and to give people a fair product for...
Read moreFirst issue is that the inside menu states $35 per head, $2 per year for kids, $2.5 if they're 11-12
As we left we noticed the sign states $21 per head and $1 per child, huge difference.
The food quality is varied, the spring rolls and wontons were tasty, the salt and pepper chicken was very grey in colour and way too salty, not enough pepper. Thai curry was a very odd colour, starchy cornflour sauce. The sweet and sour pork sauce was nice but meat nothing special.
Honestly there was nothing of note in any of the meals but the cost difference bugged us the most. Meals go up in price but update your signage, it's super misleading.
We wouldn't bother making a repeat visit. Staff were accommodating and polite but it wasn't enough to make us want...
