A Disappointing Experience Turned Around by Exceptional Service

Friday night, we hosted a get-together with 8 adults and placed an order for pizzas at 7:30 pm. After being told the wait time was 30-40 minutes, we patiently waited for over an hour without any delivery. When we tried calling the store multiple times, no one answered. Concerned, we decided to walk across the road, only to discover the shop was closed.

Thankfully, we’re locals and didn’t have to travel far, but it’s safe to say they’ve lost our business. With a house full of hungry people, we turned to the next best option—Three Kings Pizza around the corner.

Despite closing in just 10 minutes, their team went above and beyond, agreeing to prepare 5 pizzas that were ready for pickup in 10 minutes. Not only that, but they offered us a special deal out of empathy for our situation. Their kindness and efficiency turned the night around.

A simple phone call from the original store could have avoided all of this, but we’re grateful to Three Kings Pizza Miami for stepping up and saving the evening.

I'm am so heartily disappointed .. that I tried to order take out from here and have been blacklisted .. 💁‍♀️ I have ordered from here multiply times and have even dine in .. unfortunately there was a mix up in my order as i ordered the wrong dish , and tried to change it , it was too late so I ordered an extra pasta dish on top .. as i understand the hospitality industry to which i didnt get the second dish i ordered , as its one of my sons favirote dish ... now have been blamed for swearing at the person on the phone which is completly not true .. and I work in retail and service and not who I am ... I'm so completely beside myself .. as i enjoyed the food and loved helping support my local community .. It really saddens me as there is no service in explaining to myself details .. sorry you lost a good customer in your local community and I cannot recommend...

Placed an order for a godfather and then a beachside pizza had to pay 3 dollars extra per pizza on top of the 47.40 i was charged for a gluten free option that was not available online so for 53.40 I got 2 skimpishly topped pizzas and a overcooked garlic bread. The godfather pizza was good but the beach side pizza which is supposed to be a prawn pizza only had prawns on 5 out of 8 slices. Not really good enough when paying for a gourmet pizza. Can get more than double the amount of pizza from elsewhere for the same price so to skimp on prawns like that is not really acceptable.. owners response was that 5 prawns on an 8 slice pizza is normal and I should be happy with my pizza... I think the 3 people at the dinner table with me that missed out were probably a little dissapointed with the service from...
