Very unique coffee and deserts etc on offer. One of a kind. Always busy anytime of the day and week when the mall is open. Staff are friendly but seemed rushed and under pressure due to the constant long queue out the door. But they also seemed under-staffed when we visited during a Sunday afternoon. There were a few tables unoccupied but not cleared.. but no staff seemed to notice and come and clear them. Staff would bring out new orders but then they just walk back with an empty tray 📤 j their hand. Why not pick up few used cups and plates on your way back in? Lack of initiatives really. This is particular true for the tables located outside the store. Even when our order arrived, the staff kindly took the previous customers cups ect away at our request but did not wipe the table clean, so there are still cramps left on the table from the previous customers. Yuk... We looked around, it is the same situations with other tables. This is pretty disgusting. I mean one can expect this type of hygiene standard in the food court down by JBHiFi end of the mall but not in a high end cafe like this one. So it's either staff are over worked or the supervisor did not have the eyes on the ball. A bit disappointed as we are repeat customers to this Cafe and have observed the hygiene standard dropping over time. Always queue out the door, uncleared tables long after next lot of customers sat at the table. We expect better hygiene standard at LBC than a usual food court cafe. Have a look around at their tables next time you are in and see for yourself. We are unlikely to return for next while, even if we do, most likely to be a...

I am a regular customer there — in fact, I have been having coffee there since the day you opened. As a coffee lover, I truly enjoy your coffee and it has always been fantastic.

However, I had a very disappointing experience today (around 2:30 pm). I was served by a young woman (unfortunately I don’t recall her name). I ordered my usual coffee and a pucina, and I clearly said I was having it here. After paying, she began packing it for takeaway. I politely reminded her that I wanted to have it here, and explained that I had paid the dine-in price. She insisted there was no difference in price, but I pointed out it was clearly displayed — although the price was not the issue, I simply wanted to dine in.

What followed was quite upsetting. Instead of serving me as other customers were being served, she handed me the plate in my hands while other similar dine-in orders were placed on the counter for wait staff to deliver to tables. When I asked about cutlery, she told me to “take it from there” rather than providing it, which was dismissive and felt disrespectful.

This was extremely disappointing, especially given the otherwise high standard of service I’ve always experienced at your café. It made me feel singled out and uncomfortable, and not treated with the same courtesy as other customers.

I didn’t raise the issue further at the time, but I do feel strongly that this is not how customers should be treated. I hope you will look into this matter so that other loyal customers don’t have to...

This may no longer be my favourite cafe to rest anymore. I’ve been going to this cafe a lot but slowly overtime I saw the changes.

The food and drinks, amazing and delicious as always. My favourite is the Feta Cheese Quiche and Chicken Ciabatta (toasted)

Service: Poor. I want to give the benefit of the doubt as maybe the day I went just had restless atmosphere and poor service. Usually the drinks would’ve arrived first before the food, but it came much later after I’ve eaten over half of the food. (I am a slow eater) So i went to get glasses of water but the cups felt a bit slimy. Had to wipe it off. We ordered 2 cups for the tea and had to remind them twice, which at the end going to the coffee/tea maker station to let them know. Asking the staff was even mildly nerve wracking. They were either inattentive, stern, or just seemed unfriendly.

Price: It’s ok, I accept the price for the food and drinks, but surprised with the additional Hot water cost for the tea pot when it’s not enough for 2 cups.

Waiting: lines were a bit long, but I was lucky to find seats at the couch area. Honestly finding available seats whether the table is cleaned or not is based on luck.

Overall: I might come back if I miss the cakes and food, but I may be hesitant to come back due to the poor service and the way they...
