My family and I had dinner last night to celebrate a birthday. It was the worst dining experience I have ever come across globally. It took quite a few minutes before anyone acknowledged us waiting to be seated- and when greeted, was with a hesitant smile- I know it can get busy in an environment as such- however, at least try and show that you are happy to share your restaurant with new customers! It gets worse, we order the banquet C- looks delicious, and I couldn’t wait to try the yummy dishes on offer- the diners next to us arrived at least 15 minutes after we were seated- yet their food arrived before ours did- they ordered a banquet also- and their food arrived at the same time (as in all at once), meanwhile we were given our entrees first (which is normal- I’m not complaining about that) - when I had asked one of the waitresses to bring our food out at once- she looked horrified that I would suggest such a thing ( yet the table next to ours had all their food),,,, we were then wished a good meal- I had to ask for the rice which was part of the banquet- again met with annoyance to be asked for something that shouldn’t have to be asked for.... nearing the end of the meal- which we couldn’t finish, the diners next door paid for their meal at their table- awesome I thought, that’s how we finalise the meal- my partner asked for the bill- we were met rudely with “pay at the front”.... you see how bad the service and attitudes were towards us?
I also asked for some take-away containers cos we hadn’t been able to finish three dishes- the kids didn’t eat much but we order the banquet for 4 people- met again with rude annoyance , the lady talked with other ladies at the front- all 3 turned towards us and she pointed- the look on their faces again showed they were annoyed with us for some reason.
How can you serve one table differently to another? It wasn’t like we were paying such a little amount- the meal cost itself was not the problem, it was the attitude and selective service that was given to us which left a sour taste in our mouths.
My partner paid for the meal, and I told him I would speak to the manager- when I explained how obvious their selective service was and how bad their attitudes had been towards us throughout our experience- the manager apologised- but didn’t seem to care that her staff had been like this- we are just another “customer” and there were plenty more to come along.
Needless to say, we will not be returning- and word-of-mouth is a powerful tool.
In future, please be mindful of how you treat your customers- you want returning customers not...

Food ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐Crispy pork bao came okay. Came warm.
⭐⭐⭐Tom yum was average but tom kha was nice. Both came nice hot but not too boiling which is nice.
⭐Ordered stir fried beef with extra veggies and tofu. They advised us that they charge +$3 for extra veggies and tofu and we're happy about it. When it came, we found that theres no veggies and tofu with it, so we confirm to their manager, and she checked it for us. Apparently the waitress that took our orders wrote extra beef instead of tofu and veggies. Thats fine, we're not fussy about it. But then, it came warm and beef texture is stalled. It taste like old meat. Dont really enjoyed the beef.

Service ⭐⭐⭐ The manager check on us how we found our meal and assist us with our orders. She's really nice. But the other wait staff dont speak english very well, so you might want to check your order before they put your order through the kitchen
