Schnitz Pacific Fair — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

I have been to this restaurant many time over the Year and i enjoyed my Swiss wraps everytime i have ordered one. Today 16 Feb 2019 i came here again at 2.30pm and i order my Swiss wraps as i usually have one. But today was different and worse than any other time i have been here. Today team was terrible the kitchen was dirty and the girls who made my wraps was very rough with work so was the young cook at the kitchen , he threw the chicken schnitzel on the hot plate where keep meat warm before go on wraps . My schnitzel was burned and i have rejected my warp as the one of girl brought my order to me.i told her that i want new schnitzel as mine was burned and black. Yes i had new schnitzel cook but it wasn't enjoyable as previously i jad one. I sat in front of the counter as i have seen how the girls work behind the counter. One the girl has her gloves for more than 20 minutes and she cleaned the bench with jer hand with gloves on and she also went to pick up a box of potato chip from the cold room and still have the same glove after lifting a box of chip. The table has no cutlery no napkins on all tables the team MANAGER was not concerned about work place And the restaurant wasn't even busy at the time.

I am currently on holiday in the gold coast, and my family came across a simple looking schnitzel store while we were out shopping. this place exceeded my expectations astronomically. the loaded chicken schnitzel is one of the most incredible schnitzels I have ever eaten. The chicken itself was amazing; juicy, tender, and full of flavour. I owe my life to whatever genius decided to cover it in chips, gravy and cheese. the chips were the perfect texture, crisp on the outside and soft and fluffy inside. the seasoning added the perfect amount of flavour while not overpowering the potato itself. the gravy was perfect, thick but not gluggy, flavourful but not too intense, and the generous helping was enough for both the schnitzel and a side of chips. the stringy mozzarella cheese added an interesting element without distracting from the flavour, it’s stringy consistency holding the chips and meat together into a delicious mouthful of bliss. I recently visited Schnitz and had the pleasure of trying their chicken parmigiana, and I have to say, it was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment it arrived at my table, I could tell this was going to be something special.
