Worst service FULL STOP! Don't bother ordering take away online. We ordered food for pick-up via their website. Pretty straightforward and informed us it would be ready for pickup in 40min. Got there after 45mins and was informed it wasn't quite ready. No trouble I'll wait. The restaurant was busy but nothing that looked like they were excessively run off their feet. Another 25mins pass and I decided to politely ask how much longer at which point the staff looked at each other and said the order hadn't been sent to the kitchen. I ask how long would it actually take to get ready....ANOTHER 45MINS... !! Now, I realise these things can happen but what got me was the response from the guy running the ordering. He literally couldn't have been less apologetic. It was almost as tho this happens so often he couldn't get the refund up and ready for me to tap quick enough. To top it off what annoyed me the most was at no point did he actually apologise for the inconvenience. A simple "I'm sorry" would have left me thinking I'll try this place again some other time. Instead I won't bother and nor would the other 4 locals who where waiting for me to bring their dinner back. Go...

ordered one Thai Green Curry with the option of extra spicy and one satay fish for delivery. Can't complain about the peanut sauce fish but when my boyfriend ate his Thai Green Curry extra spice it was bland and not spicy what so ever. I called the restaurant straight away to see if they could remake the green Thai curry as it was essentially bland curry milk and the owner actually stated "that he cannot assume what spicy is for my boyfriend's tastebuds so who is to say if it is spicy enough or not" I told him that I hate spice with a passion and I tried my boyfriend's food and it was actually less spicy then my satay fish. I asked him to simply remake it spicier and he responded that "it won't be happening, now you will know to ask for extra spicy next time" his whole persona was that of disinterest and his final resolute was "bad luck". I have never been so appalled in my whole life by service and this restaurant brings a bad name to thai as well as customer service in general. you shouldn't be able to run a restaurant if you genuinely have no care for customer happinsess. wouldn't recommend this...

We ordered veg red Thai curry n rice.

I would give them 0/10 for their customer service as they do not know how to run restaurant business..

After waiting for 15 mins -20 mins the order comes. Every time we had to go to counter if we need anything.

I requested them to make it spicy but they ended up making very very very spicy which was not even edible for us.

After having some part of it. I said it’s very very spicy we can’t even eat it add some “ coconut milk “ so it’s edible. Chef said “ NO “ we can’t add anything to make it less spicy. This is how it is.

Which was very rude.

And the quantity of jasmine rice was not worth it. We had to order it again. They don’t understand if we are ordering separate rice n curry both rice n curry should have be of equal quantity.

Their attitude n behaviour was not nice.

I would give them 0/10.
