It's totally uneatable. Buns Rock solid, lettuce old and brown, burgers slapped together. No care taken. Nuggets over cooked or stale. Even worse, my chocolate frappe was not fully paid for large but was served medium with barely any cream on top. Was sent to waiting Bay, so I thought everything was cooked freshly only for the staff member to return to my car and pretty much threw my order in the window. No manners, no care for customers, maccas isn't cheap anymore. To feed my big family, it costs about $75-$85. I could have gone and had a pub dinner that would have been amazing for the price I paid. Overall, what upsets me most is the lack of customer care/service, and if something is missing (every single time something is missing), I have to hop in my car and go back down taking up more of my time and get treated the same, no reimbursement for putting me out or having to hear my boys cry or my husband ask if I ordered his burger (of coarse i did) everyone else has their food but they have to wait for me to phone up, explain, drive back down, wait again, then drive home which by that time everyone's finished eating their stale food because we can afford to spend more money on takeaway. More training is needed, and there should be some sort of quality control. Sorry, maccas, but this happens at least every second visit, whereas the quality of food is almost every visit. Something is wrong. I hate giving bad reviews, but it's time to care about your customers and their hard...
Read morePaid for a double fillet of fish and got given a quarter pounder with extra regular cheese???? How can they get it sooo wrong... Well, I rang them when I got home and was told by 'Tom' (no surname) the overnight manager that he had just come on and it must be before him! (Went through drive in at 10:00 and rang about 10:15) He said could I ring back in 20 mins because he was VERY busy......(I was waiting to eat my meal?). I live around the corner and asked to have the correct food delivered and was told he could not do that and when asked what his manager's name was he would not tell me. I am fed up with this McDonald being run by kids that cannot do their job or cope with running a small restaurant that has substandard service. Went there in the weekend (Sunday afternoon 7th Jan) (when we were testing our dog's barking collar with our neighbours) to get a soft serve and the floors and tables were really dirty and we heard the staff saying that they were sooooo busy.... But only 3 people walked in the doors in 15 minutes????? Really???? Get some decent staff McDonald's... Kids can't run your stores, they just don't have the skills! Fed up with your really average service. Paid for food that I did not get! Check your orders people because by our score 9 times out of 10 they get it WRONG at Burleigh Waters...
Read moreMost disgusting customer service I've ever experienced. To the manager on staff at 5pm 20/05/2018. I was taking my 3 year old daughter to get ice cream and an apple pie as a treat with my wife and 8 week old son in the car. Some young girl with her P plates on and a car full of girls thought it would be funny to play chicken and beat us to the ordering stations. She almost hit my passenger side with my son right in front of their bonnet. We approached the ordering window and I yelled out what do you think you're doing I've got a baby on board?? The girls replied saying they were there first. I turned to place my order and received an ugly attitude on the other end. Before I could even finish my order I was being hurried up. I said I'm just looking give me a minute to which the managers response was I'm refusing you service. I said what? What for? She replied because I "yelled at the other customer". I walked inside to explain what had happened so I could order my daughter some Ice Cream. Again I was refused and she wouldn't have a bar of anything I had to say. So here you are. That's what happened. Thanks for refusing me and my 3 year old daughter an ice cream. Perhaps ask if everything is ok next time rather than having a power trip and exerting your managerial "rights" to...
