Sorry, my previous writing disappeared. The 1 star rating is not unfair as per my opinion.
I think it is too late to explain the whole situation as it was on the 26th and that day me and my partner concern was disregarded. And solution was not provided. Your client not just took the car park we waited for 10 minutes, they filmed my family, my kids without permission and another lady to who tried to help us. Then that 4 people had a lovely lunch in your restaurant with no issue.
We only asked to stop serving them till they move their car, what is fair enough I think.
I think this sums it up. The 1 star is for the way your colleague and the manager handled the situation seeing me upset and my partner. Nothing to do with the car park. On Christmas day I would expect kindness and other day too, they could ask why I am upset and I could explain what happened. Having a surgery recently and being with my 2 kids who experienced all this. Pretty sad. I doubt I will ever be your client, have a lovely day. Those people, even called me a lier that I had no surgery. I still feel upset. I cannot recall I had this treatment in any place. It is just unlucky I guess. Sometimes a kind word goes so far if you see people are upset. When they understand why, they might would handle it better. Even just to pretend you care others. Have a lovely day. Remember the food quality is not everything.

Read moreBeware the "non standarized" changes - seasonal veges in place of salad. There are no meals with veges unless you order a side of seasonal veges which will set you back $6. You get hit up with an extra cost. Less than impressed with my meal of lamb cutlets and veges. Cutlets not cooked, what I would consider to be undercooked and fatty but apparently "thats how cutlets are!" So for a 300gm rump, salad and mushroom gravy and undercooked cutlets and seasonal veges with 2 pieces, 1 serve, of garlic bread came to a total of $85.50. On reflection I feel this may an overcharged and will follow up. We have been going here for a few years but after tihs highly unlikely we will return.I did receive a refund for the cutlets begrudgingly done from whom I assume was the Manager after being offered a voucher (no use as it would not be used). The drinks prices are, well let me say I hope you aren't thirsty, a schooner of fifty lashes ale and a schooner of orange juice $15.70. Not a surf club menu over priced with "hidden" charges. There are better and cheaper places to eat with equally good food and...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Nobby's Beach Surf Club and I have to say, it was a truly memorable experience. The views from the restaurant are absolutely stunning and the atmosphere is laid-back and inviting.
But the real standout of our time was the food. We ordered the pumpkin salad, the Asian beef salad, and the coconut prawn curry and all three dishes were absolutely delicious. The pumpkin salad was fresh and flavorful, with the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The Asian Chicken Salad was packed with tender, flavorful meat and had a nice kick of heat. The coconut prawn curry was creamy and fragrant, with plump, juicy prawns.
Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience at Nobby's Beach Surf Club and I would highly recommend it to others. Whether you're looking for a casual meal with a view or a more upscale dining experience, this is the place to be. The food is top-notch and the atmosphere is unbeatable. I can't wait to go back and try more...
