I have mixed feelings about this place. We used to frequent the Miami location, which was quite nice, but sadly it's closed now.

We've visited this location a couple of times, and the experiences haven't been up to par. Our order was incorrect on two occasions, which was disappointing. The food quality is consistent with what we enjoyed in Miami, but the service here falls short, especially considering the high standards of customer service expected in Australia.

As a Brazilian with an Australian partner, I noticed a stark difference in how we were treated by the staff. When my partner, who is a native English speaker, ordered, the service was noticeably less welcoming compared to when I placed an order. In a country like this, I believe the staff must be equally welcoming to everyone, regardless of language. Everyone deserves the same level of service. Im not gonna say the pizza is bad. but is far from good brazillian pizza. The "Catupiry" is more like a very running cream cheese. Sorry but dont taste like. the filling in the borders same thing.

sorry, but for the price, was expecting more quality in the products, the olives were the peper stuffed ones, really, ????.

we booked the table, and because i could not find any parking spot, i had to drop my partner to she get the table in time, took me 20 minutes to find a spot to park and when i went to the restaurant, she was just getting the table and order finalized.

I would understand if the place was packed, but was only 1 table filled with 2 people.

Unfortunately, my experience with this pizz has been disappointing. Although the pizza is of good quality, the staff seems to be unable to get the orders right. In all of my last three orders, they forgot the soda I ordered and paid for.

Understanding that mistakes happen, but this is already becoming a pattern. I tried calling to report the problem and correct the situation, but the customer service is slow and inefficient. It seems that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.

I don't recommend this pizzeria until they improve their service and start paying more attention to order details. It's frustrating to pay for something that...
