Ordered coffee through the app, accidentally pressed twice and picked it up from store, the staff asked me if I just ordered one but she got two coffees on her hands with my name on it , I said yes I only ordered one, so I said her has charged me one or two coffee , she says only charge u once , she said itâs the printer problem , so got the double order, then I walked out the door and started to drive , then I received the email for my two coffee charged . So I called the hotline and tried to provide my order number but the staff stoped me and asked for what happened, then the solution will be asking me go back to the store and asked for refund , so I went back to the store and the manager told me sheâs not able to do the refund as the order was through the app , she gave me the card said just called the hotline again . Then I suggested how about I just get the second coffee as I paid for two , to save time I need to call again and says the whole story again . The manager refuses to offer me this options , she said she only can give the coffee to me if the quality of the coffee gone something wrong . Then I asked her why the staff didnât check the order number and system when she got two coffee on hand with two different numbers , manager said the printer always have problems of printing double stickers , she didnât apologies at all , so the problems will be on me ? She only passed me the card and said call the hotline staff again . Very terrible experience and staff was careless and didnât check the system to see if the two orders are different numbers , I literally asked maybe I pressed two times , she said itâs the printer problems , I only being charged once. We presented the wrong drinks to the lady at the counter and she took down my details and said we can return to the store when we are free and they will give us the drinks we originally paid for. The drinks we were given had lactose in them and we are lactose intolerant which as someone with a dietary requirement and previous work in the hospitality industry knows that to comply with work place health and safety and to be very mindful to dietary requirements as you can make a customer really sick if you do not give them the correct order. We were unable to get new drinks on the day as we felt very unwell and so we came in when we had the spare time to get our correct drinks. When we came back into the store they said they could not give us the correct drinks and quite literally laughed in our face especially the asian lady with braces and a short pony tail. They were disgustingly rude and made us feel like we were worth absolutely nothing to them. I have never ever been treated like this by someone in the hospitality industry and I was in shock.
