Taco Bell Coomera South — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

You guys really need to put more emphasis on delivery drivers. I had 2 orders from you tonight around the same time and when I got there the orders haven't even started yet. I had to wait over 30mins for my 9:08pm pick up only to be done at 9:45 to which one of my deliveries had gotten cancelled because you guys took too long to make the order which then affects my income. Now I understand that some of the things were out of your control like the shortage of the proteins and not to mention you were clearly understaffed and had no clear structure but this is not the first time this has happened to me and Im not the only driver who's been affected by your slow progress. I seriously hope you guys read this however and either employ more staff so you guys don't just have one person making most of the orders or just improve your time management skills in your workers so that delivery drivers don't have to wait for half an hour to receive the...

I recently visited Taco Bell Coomera South and had a fantastic experience!

The food was delicious, just as I expected from Taco Bell. Everything was fresh and made to order, and they even got my customization requests right.

The service was outstanding too. The staff were friendly and actually engaged in conversation, which made the whole dining experience more enjoyable. It's refreshing compared to some other fast food places (cough McDonald's cough).

The restaurant itself was very clean and well-maintained. Tables were promptly cleared, and the overall atmosphere was inviting.

I went to the brand new one across from the Westfield Coomera on Friday night with my wife and toddler daughter. It was jammed packed had to wait 45 minutes for our food, they messed up my daughter's soft chicken taco with cheese 2 times and even my boss burrito had some guacamole and sour cream in it even when I asked for those to be removed. The drive thru was insane and they had to stop taking orders for both instore and drive thru for 10 minutes. I felt bad for the young teenage workers as they looked miserable and tired.
