The pizza was ok but the order came all wrong for the second week in a row. We sent pictures to prove it but instead of replacing the owner Julian phoned to argue , he even agreed that he supplied shallots when we asked for none but said why didn’t you just pick them off. We ordered with Chile there was none and on another pizza no onion but full. He talked condescending to my wife calling her darling and as soon as I took the phone slammed the phone down. Very disappointed, I asked for a cheese and garlic pizza. Got home and take one bite and it’s a tomato base, cheese pizza. When I rang the team to ask if it can be rectified, I was told that “you didn’t ask for no tomato base”. I’ve never had to ask for that previously (which I said), and I asked if it could be remade.
