I wanted to speak to the manager about the lack of respect and the childishness that a member of the staff showed me. So disappointed. Usually Zambreros in Robina have the absolute best customer service. We love all their staff and come in regularly! Unfortunately today we had a pretty negative experience from (from what she implied) the owner? Making us feel bad for wanting a little more salad when she gave us less than the usual amount to begin with, trying to overcharge us and being salty about using our discount card? Why give discounts if you're going to roll your eyes at us when we use it? Finally a Zammy's closer to home in Robina! A spacious place with indoor and outdoor seating and a cool breeze on a warm day. Not to mention the delicious, healthy Mexican burritos, bowls, nachos, tacos, quesadillas etc. And now you can even have a beer or cider with your meal! Seems to be a family run franchise too, which I like 😊 but there is a few teething problems.
