Order was placed at 659pm with an estimated delivery of 737pm but may take a little longer with zero contact delivery. Tracker said order was ready approx 8pm. Phoned store at 822pm almost 90 minutes after placing order and was told it was going out with next driver. Tracker updated to on its way at 828pm with estimated delivery time of 834pm. Pizza arrived at 845pm. Delivery driver was very apologetic. Pizza was cold and had to be re-heated before we could eat it. Extremely disappointed in this whole experience. We understand that it was busy with everything going on but waiting almost 2 hours for our order is beyond ridiculous especially seeing that it was sitting ready in store for more than 20 minutes. If the order is going to take a lot longer than the estimated time, please contact the customer to let us know or adjust the estimated time when the order is placed to accommodate for the extra time needed. Read moreNot happy. Ordered on app, stated 15 min. An hour later our food is still not ready, turns out the staff had forgotten to even make it!!! What a bloody joke. Only to finally get our food come home & it’s all burnt & practically unedible. Had partner run in whilst I waited in car with our bub, now his routine is out of wack and couldn’t even enjoy our dinner. Domino’s we deserve a full refund this is not okay, & not to mention the 4-5 other customers I seen who also had this same problem, it was 2 bloody pizzas we ordered! It doesn’t take 1 hour!!!! 😡😡😡
Edit to update!! : praise to Goulburn dominos for rectifying this issue !! Called up tonight to explain the problem & guy on other end of the line was more than happy to give us the exact same order as the other day, for free! Praise to the fact that it was very simple, easy & they were more than happy to fix the problem. Pizza was ready in less than 15 mins & was cooked to perfection....
Read moreVery disappointed. I put in an online order . The tracker showed that the food was cooked very quickly and sat in the "waiting in store" for about 20min . I rang the store to double check that there wasn't a problem and I was told that the timer was wrong and will be atleast another 20 minutes. As soon as I got off the phone I noticed that the tracker was saying that my order was on it's way. Upon arrival they had the wrong drink. The driver said that he will go back to the store and get the right drink and bring it back. While he was gone we found that our food order was not right . I rang the store and asked them to bring the missing items with the drink and they said they would BUT THEY DIDN'T AND THE FOOD THEY DID BRING WAS COLD AND BEARLY EDIBLE. So it was sitting in the store for 20 minutes going cold before they bothered to deliver it. Shame on you...
