Mandy's Restaurant — Restaurant in Goulburn

My college order bbq pork in plum sauce, and she got totally different meal what she ordered, I ordered honey pepper pork ribs, and it wasn't like it should be. We paid 37.41 including surcharge but the food wasn't worthy. And the waitress looked sad as she wasn't happy with her job. And the owner lady was loud as other customers were having their lunch if anyone shout at me while i am having lunch omg i dunno what I would do, anyway, one old lady came to say that she didn't taste honey chicken like honey chicken and thought it would come with a sauce. The owner lady was loud at explaining her and didn't apologise to her for receiving different meal. She did say thank you for letting me know. But no sorry at all. Just tried calling them while sitting in the car out front. Phone kept getting while young Girl standing at the counter just watched it ring refusing to answer got out and took a closer look and rang again and she ignored it again. Had to go inside to order the boss walked out from the kitchen and the phone rang again this time girl answered the phone immediately. Not sure why this person has a job if she refuses to answer the phone when the boss isn’t around. How many calls did has she ignored before this losing a she would be costing this local business probably hundreds of dollars. While they are paying her to be there very disrespectful...

Wonderful early dinner at Mandy's for our first visit. We were greeted by Mandy who was so welcoming and friendly even though we had arrived 20 mins before opening. We thoroughly enjoyed all courses and the serving sizes were generous.
