I have never written a bad review but today's experience is not one that can be buried and I do hope the owner will see this. After seeing a post for the re-opening with a new owner, I excitedly went to order a takeaway of the 3 choices tri colour pack and one spicy miso ramen. (Total of just over $50) Upon arriving home, we started eating and shockingly find there is no taste at all with the ramen. (I suspected they have forgotten to mix in the miso at all). It was not edible. So I drove back to the shop, leaving my whole pack of chicken behind sinking in with the sauce. To make this clear this isn't a review based on personal taste, I have asked the ladies to get the chef or themselves to try it. They admitted it was very bad and missed something in the soup. I was offered either a refund or re make and I chose re make as I wanted to give them a chance as I do like ramen. The ladies were both very nice and apologized. They gave me a free can of coke with the re make ramen as a gesture. Just when I thought it is ok as people do make mistake, there comes another shocking surprise. There were no Char Siu in the re make bowl of ramen. (Note the first bowl was not eaten and all char siu, egg etc were retuned as whole) I was furious as this is a joke and I am not driving back for the second time. They also haven't got a phone number listed yet, so can't tell them straight away. I shouldn't even have to pay for the ramen given the whole experience (forth and back, time, and not able to eat the chicken while warm) with the missing char siu but I am not doing this to get a free meal so I have only let the manager know once again when I walked pass there this evening. I have asked nothing as it is not her fault. I hope the new owner can see this as there is a serious issue with the kitchen staff. You can asked the staff who tasted the soup to confirm this is true, and the moment the person packs and close the lid should also noticed the missing char siu. I'm unlucky today but this is more than just a...
Read moreMy husband and I have been to Chicken Park more than ten times and always ordered the tricolour boneless chicken. We love it due to its crispy yet not hard outside, and very juicy for the inside. The chicken even maintained its texture when we took home. We came back for the first time after changing owners, and were left disappointed for a few reasons. First of all, the batter wasn't as crispy like before; it was a little chewy and dry which some people may like but I prefer the ones made by previous owners. Secondly, they no longer provide the salad, I reckon; which was also my favourite part of the deal. Radish pickle was half size, though still tasted good so I don't mind. Same with snow chicken part, only a small amount of snow cheese sprinkled on top hence I couldn't taste much of its flavour. Wedges were good but again not as crispy as the other times. On the other hand, I'm glad that the service was maintained well. I will come back if they adjust the crispness of...

I visited Chicken Park North Lakes recently and was really disappointed. The service was incredibly slow—even though the place wasn’t busy, I had to wait far too long for my order. On top of that, the staff didn’t seem very attentive or welcoming.
The food itself didn’t make up for it either. The chicken lacked flavor, and it didn’t seem fresh or crispy as expected from a place that specializes in fried chicken. I was hoping for better quality, especially considering the price.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this visit really didn’t meet expectations. Hopefully, they improve their service and food in the future, but unfortunately, I won’t be coming back...
