When I arrived, they had no chicken available

that wasn’t told to me until after I have paid

I simply ordered 10 nuggets

When they were finally delivered to me after a lengthy wait, I put them in my mouth and they were still ice cold in the middle

Uncooked chicken is a path to salmonella poisoning !

I found out it was the actual manager who was doing the cooking

I asked for the managers name and she would not give it to me

She was a short woman with dark hair and bad attitude - Explaining to me that my chicken had been stuck together and not cooked all the way through

That is no excuse. That is not what I paid for.

When you come to KFC, you expect your food to be cooked. It’s not that difficult.

I’m extremely offended

If find myself getting sick from this. I will chase them further.

Pathetic customer service of manager and staff on duty today Saturday 4th Jan 2025. In my presence an elderly lady kindly asked for her burger to be warned up the staff refuses to do it. The female manager on duty comes out full of attitude and with no empathy talks so rudely to the poor lady and grabs her food n receipt and did a refund without even listening to her concerns. She talks with an attitude again n tells her to go and buy food elsewhere and that if she doesn't leave she is going to call the security. This is unacceptable behaviour!! Also the staff (girl) refuses to give the name of the manager on shift and says I'm not giving her name!!! What a shame n hopeless...

If I could give 0 I would. Christina, didn’t welcome us but also judged what you ordered! Telling that what I ordered was a lot. I asked for extra mayo because they never put any on. Customer service was disgusting!! She gave me the dirtiest look whilst my receipt printed. Honestly management should have a second think about her as she clearly doesn't want to be there and I don’t say that out of sympathy. I have never had such bad customer service.
