McDonald's — Restaurant in Greater Brisbane

This store has had a major decline, and i mean extremely major. Short Version: Cleanliness, Time, Accuracy, Attitude. Long Version: The stores cleanliness is horrid, Everytime ive gone inside the store there has been tables littered with trays, bags, or food scraps and the floors have pieces of burgers and fries everywhere, the staff would rather chat to eachother im the back area than clean when they have free time without orders, all it takes is one person with a hand cloth and a spray bottle to turn the restaurant clean. Accuracy is bad, everytime ive gone to eat here recently there has always been something wrong or missing, ordered 20 nuggets and only got 10, no sauces, forgets the drink with the order or gets it completely wrong, missing fries or hasbrowns etc. these have all been experiences i’ve had at only this store. The time it takes for orders are ages, 2 things will happen, first one is that nobody in the back area is making anything fast enough or are talking with all the front area people. second one is that the baggers aren’t bagging the food, you might see them put the food in the bag and then they’ll go and completely forget about it. the time it should take for an order to be done should be aimed at around 120 seconds, but you are luck if you get it in 5 minutes, by then your food wouldve been made cold from it sitting in the bagging area. Attitude of employees are outright offensive, you will not be treated like a valued customer, instead you’ll be treated and talked to like you are a parent giving the employees chores to do, and dont get me started on if they get the order wrong. everytime except once they have looked at me in exhaustion when my order is wrong, they wouldn’t be in that state if they made the order correctly. Only come here for simple orders inside the store or drive thru, Go to a different one for complex orders or ones for families and...

Literally the worst McDonalds in the region. Not once has this store got an order right (the only reason I go back, is because it’s the only option available for me due to other reasons like the time I go because I work late ect) every time I order a steam bun- regardless of the burger, it’s never steamed. Like does your steamer not work? I literally had to go into the store to ensure it was steam bun AFTER going through the drive thru twice! And the Chips…. Chips are always cold???? And stale???? Lmao and also Waiting at the order box for five minutes before anyone answers…. Probably because all the workers are outside with the back door open that is only used for truck deliveries but instead it’s a quick smoko break for the crew???? Right next to the speaker box????

Like for tonight for example: finished work late and the only available food place open is this McDonalds (usually I have a meal prepared at home or I would drive down to another McDonalds 30min out from just to avoid this McDonalds down the road from me) and they proceeded to tell me that their system is down (No, not to do a system close like they would tell me) but because their whole system isn’t working at all, apparently according to the female who was order taking tonight had stated that it hasn’t been working since the past two hours and that the store is not open.

This is definitely the last time I’m going to this McDonalds. If I go with a family or friend I would advise them to go elsewhere but if it’s the last option, I would probably update this review with photos to prove everything I said. Go else...

OK so I asked for a small warm chicken salad meal, simple enough right? Well you would think so, well drive threw girl didn't know you could salads from McDonald's and had to put me on hold in the drive threw in peek traffic ask another staff member then said we only do ceaser or garden salad then wanted to charge me extra to put chicken in a garden salad ahh no thank you so I ordered a Caesar, and whilst I was waiting in line to move up to pay I google McDonald's menu and found my chicken salad, so I changed my order to that before I payed then moved up to the next window 1 got my drink and then had to wait in the waiting bay for an extra 20mins for my salad when a different girl brought it out I asked if the dressing was in there, she checked and no surprise it was not in there so I had to wait another 10mins for dressing, so when I got home there was no small chips that comes with the meal that I payed for and I had a stupid ceaser salad in my bag.
