I was absolutely disgusted in the manner your two girls on front counter and the two cooks conducted themselves tonight. Look at the pictures this chicken was RAW!! They argued and consistently argued with me , my friend and my children. Even towards the end they began laughing and talking amongst themselves in another language. One of the other meals also had egg noodles instead of rice noodles ( not sure of correct noodle name) that my Vegan friend ordered. I hope you take the time to look at your store video footage! I will never ever eat at your Redcliffe store again. They should be sacked immediately after the way we were treated !!

Noodle Box Redcliffe is your average take away noodle shop. Singapore noodles were cooked well and securely packed in their container. However, meat tasted tough and noodles tasted overly seasoned. Extra vegetable portion was very minimal. Vegetarian spring rolls had a desirable flavour; however, texture was tough, similar to frozen spring rolls bought from supermarkets. Prawn crackers were oddly bland but had a nice crunchy texture. Environment appeared clean. Service was friendly and efficient. Order was received in a quick manner.

Saw the widely spread promo for free delivery, decided to order with these guys for the first time... Ordered through their website as the ubereats/deliver roo etc. didn't have the options we needed to edit our meals. Selected for delivery confirming the order, then get a phone call to say they don't deliver?! Don't waste your time with these idiots, I'm sure the staff are lovely but someone has no clue what they're doing running this business - go elsewhere, terrible first impressions especially looking at these other reviews

Never one to leave a less than positive review, but my experience with Noodle Box was pretty under whelming. Ordered through Uber a noodle dish, fried rice and an order of Wok Char veggies with pork and spring rolls. The total order came to $75.00. So very surprised when the meal turned up and the Wok Char veggies was in the smallest box I've ever seen, definitely not any where near the size you suggest on your menu, more like quarter of the size and for $19.95????? Bloody rubbish. The rest of the meal tasted great, but Noodle Box abit more honesty with your portion sizes !

The lady that served us was kind, lovely and professional.

Unfortunately the food was far from okay. Paied for a single box meal and prawn cracks. Received a box filled with a little chicken, some carrot, 1 random piece of capsicum that wasn't even a vegetable that was included, 1 piece of Bok Choy and a few pieces of onion then noddles, noddles and more noddles. Plus so much sauce the box leaked through the bag and onto my car floor mat within the 3min drive home.

Will never be going back to my local Noddle Box again. 1st try and it's a No! Wasted money moment! The front counter staff I spoke to are lovely, but there are so many other business around with WAY BETTER FOOD...

First time for me at this Noodle Box. Bought the Crispy Pork Belly fried rice, ha!!! There was NOTHING crispy about the pork belly and the fried rice is pretty much tasteless. I was so looking forward to this meal and I am very disappointed. I don't think I'll be back. EDIT: 5 hours after eating this stuff I was as sick as a dog. This lasted for the whole night and the majority of today. Thanks for that Noodle Box. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

EDIT 2: The head office told me it wasn't them even though I KNOW it was, so apparently I must be lying. They gave me a refund and offered me a voucher which I refused. I will never eat from here again and I advise you not to either....
