I have been going to pasta al dente since 2009 when I worked in West end. I used to go about 3 times a week until I changed jobs and wasnโt in West end anymore. I went back one day to discover theyโd gone and I was devastated. Then some 5 years later I was in Capalaba parked at a traffic light and looked and saw the sign! When I got home I googled it and called them and it was the same daughter / father combo! The next weekend I drove from New Farm to Capalaba and bought a tonne of DELICIOUS PASTA and since then I try to go over as much as I can. The food is SENSATIONAL and the family are so kind and generous. Iโm so pleased for them that business is booming because they work so hard and deserve everything they get. Would never go anywhere else for homemade...
